How far along? 31 weeks 7 days
Total weight gain: I think I am close to the 20lb mark, but I'll see at my appointment this week.
Maternity clothes: Needing some LONGER shirts...kinda silly to have to buy more clothes for the next 2 months but I can't be walking around with my belly hanging out!
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleep: Not too bad considering...
Best moment of the week? James got my rocking chair and glider all put together and I am enjoying it in the living room for now...AND I found a few cute things for the walls in the nursery...(pics when I get it all put up)
Movement: Still moving a lot. Have had a few moments that catch me off  guard, and it really hurts!
Food cravings: Again, watermelon, bought a HUGE one yesterday at Costco. I can't really eat a big meal anymore it makes me feel too uncomfortable, so I just snack, mostly on watermelon!
Anything making you queasy or sick: No, but I have started getting headaches a lot this week. Don't know if it's the heat or what, I'm drinking lots of water!
Have you started to show yet: Haha
Labor Signs: Nope
Symptoms: Starting to get challenging to shave my legs...that's a symptom right?
"This week the baby is about 15.2 to 16.7 inches long and weighs about 2.5 to 3.8 pounds this month. She's getting so big, she's probably crowding your lungs."
- This made me laugh cause this week at work I ran down then back up the stairs to get something for a patient and I couldn't talk to them I was out of breath
Belly Button in or out? Flat, but not out.
Wedding rings on or off? On, most of the time, today I noticed they were feeling tight, so I took them off.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Definitely moody...I was out shopping and totally could feel the emotional roller coaster going! ( Shopping for baby is a lot more fun than mommy right now)
Looking forward to: Road Trip...OK so not so much the road Trip to AZ, but SUPER excited to see my family and friends this weekend! YEAH!!

5-13-2012 (a day late)

How far along? 30 weeks 7 days
Total weight gain: I've got to be close to maxed out, I'm feeling huge today!
Maternity clothes: Everything but my scrubs!!
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleep: Same, lots of waking up and tossing around lately.
Best moment of the week? James and I went camping, and I just RELAXED! I was really nice not to have anything to do.
Movement: I think she is going through a major growth spurt...I am definitely feeling hiccups almost every day and she is right up underneath my right rib. NOT comfortable!
Food cravings:Still watermelon this week, did finally get some. YUM!
Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope not this week.
Have you started to show yet: YES!
Labor Signs: none
Symptoms: Nothing new this week, lower back issues, thinking it's my sciatic. Going to the chiropractor sure helps!
Belly Button in or out? Pretty well flat by the end of the day, when I seem to be retaining more water.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Cranky...I had a patient this week that literally coughed through the ENTIRE appt, and that irritated me so I'd say I'm cranky for sure!
Looking forward to: My time off when the baby comes...I know I'll have PLENTY to do, but it will still be in the middle of summer so I'm definitely looking forward to it!

How far along? 29 weeks 7 days
Total weight gain: No idea, but I was just reading I should be gaining about 1 pound ever week from this point on...OH BOY!
Maternity clothes:  Of course, in my pic this week I finally got a chance to wear a cute maternity dress my mom found me! Think I am going to like the few sun dresses I've picked up for the summer, super comfortable.
Stretch marks? Nope
Sleep: eh, so, so.
Best moment of the week? Well, I have been buying lots of CUTE stuff and these great consignment sales and yard sales and I put the tiny little shoes I have picked up in the closet and well...I counted 10 PAIR this week. I told James and his response was "SHE DOESN'T EVEN NEED SHOES" hahahahaha! He has no IDEA!!
Movement: I think I felt her have the hiccups for the first time. I wasn't sure what I was feeling but then later I was reading at this stage she is practicing "breathing" and that it can cause hiccups and that they feel like a series of small twitches which is exactly what it felt like!?!?
Food cravings: I can still eat anything I want, been craving watermelon but still too darn expensive!
Anything making you queasy or sick: The smell of burnt pop corn (thanks James) He "slightly" burnt his popcorn snack last night and until I took the trash out and cleaned the microwave I couldn't get rid of the smell! YUCK.
Have you started to show yet: Still getting the response, "your way to small for 7 months".  A patient said to me well you might just get huge all at once! Gosh lets hope not!
Labor Signs: none
Symptoms: Heart burn, and some other "things" have started to happen, just my body getting ready for this little girl, or so I'm reading.
Belly Button in or out? Still bordering on becoming flat.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: This questions makes me laugh today because I just got done reading in the Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy, that even if you don't think your acting CRAZY, you ARE...haha, sorry James!
Looking forward to: Baby showers!! Counting down till our trip to AZ and my shower here in ID!!

Crib Mobile

I had no idea what I was getting my self into when I decided to make the crib mobile.... But I knew I wouldn't find anything to go with the bedding and decor I have been making so I HAVE TO MAKE ONE!! Haha. So, I started with a mobile I picked up at a consignment sale a few weeks ago for $3. I just wanted the working parts because I wanted one that moved and had music and for $3 this one was a perfect choice. It had some cute animals that came with it, but since I am incorperating some owls in the nursery I used a pattern I found on pinterest for felt owls to hand make 5 tiny owls to attach to the mobile instead. They took a lot longer than I would have imagined, but I think it was worth the time.

Nursery "Shower" Curtains

I have been looking for yellow curtains for the nursery and I happened to find these shower curtains at Target. Even better they were on CLEARANCE! I wasn't exactly sure how they would look as curtains....but for the price I had to try. I had been waiting to see if the yellow curtains I liked would go on sale at Target, they were $16.99 each so just for that it would have cost me $34...so I  was happy to pick these up for $4.48 each and give it a try!

I knew I would need to "dress these up" somewhat after all, they are just fabric shower curtains. I had some extra fabric I purchased to make the bumpers, knowing I would probably want to use it again somewhere in the nursery so I added a strip of the flower fabric to the bottom border of the curtains and decided to tye them to the curtain rod with hot pink ribbon. I am pretty pleased with how they turned out and even with the rod, fabric, and ribbon I didn't spend $34!!
